Registration

Hi,
I’m trying to get my wordpress with BP going and discovered that there is no registration button on my website getslimwithmary .com
I checked marked the setting to activate it.
The theme that I’m using is Encounters Lite
What am I doing wrong? Do I need a different theme, or do I need to add another plugin for that feature?
