Registration dead ends / Not able to advance to “Activate”.

    I installed BuddyPress on Catch Base Theme. putthelightin.com It seems to have installed fine but I can’t register. Of course I am registered automatically as admin but I am speaking of attempting registration under different user.

    After filling out registration form and clicking “Complete Registration”, I have had two different experiences. One told me to check my email for information. That information never arrived at the email. I attempted another registration with different credentials and email and this time nothing happened. How do I fix this?

    BuddyPress Version 2.3.3 – WordPress 4.3.1 running Catch Base theme – putthelightin.com

    That information never arrived at the email.

    Just a thought, check your spam folder as sometimes activation emails end up there.

    I attempted another registration with different credentials and email and this time nothing happened.

    This might be a problem with your theme. Try activating TwentyFifteen and complete the registration form again. Also deactivate any plugins you’ve installed, just to be sure none of those are causing the problem.
