Registration for new members, signing in, module.

    I am new to the BuddyPress and I am trying to add a module for members to register with login and password and then being able to log in and update the personal data, enter the forum, etc.
    Anyone could help me?

    I can see how it works but cannot find information how to install the Creating An Account module.
