The username as subdomain ?
If you’re on a multisite install, you can probably do that by allowing each user a blog.
But are you sure you want to do this ?
The users have (respec. should have) a blog (*), and I would prefer to get the information at issue displayed within their individual blogs and not as pages of the start-blog of the entire network.
My question is not regarding creating the blogs (with that I do not have any problem), rather regarding automatically placing the content at issue within the individual blogs (and not on the network-level).
E.g.: http://balletttaenzerinnenkrzbg36.1a-spielwiese.de
I found a solution – not perfect, but similar to what I intended:
1st:
I deleted the page:
http://balletttaenzerinnenkrzbg36.1a-spielwiese.de/profil/
2nd:
Then I used the opportunity to define any link as menue-tab:
I inserted
http://1a-spielwiese.de/members/balletttaenzerinnenkrzbg36/profile/
to the URL-field and ‘Profil’ to the ‘Link Text’-field.
Then I clicked on ‘Zum Menü hinzufügen’ (Add to menue).
Finally I placed the new menue-tab in the second place and click on ‘Menü speichern’ (Save menue):
3rd:
However, still I would prefer, if the URL of the content at issue would be not
http://1a-spielwiese.de/members/balletttaenzerinnenkrzbg36/profile/,
rather:
http://balletttaenzerinnenkrzbg36.1a-spielwiese.de/profil/
