remove base url (any plugin)

recently I launch this website and i need to change remove base from profile url like it is now https://sonetian.com/members/sonetian and i need https://sonetian.com/sonetian (domainname.com/username) how can i remove base “members”

hi sonetian:

tested on default WP theme (Twenty Sixteen) and seems to work ok.
Added code using the Code Snippets plugin.
If it’s not working for you, then please ask for advice in the Forum on the BuddyDev website, they will assist you.
