Remove BP profile links except link to call

Hey guys,
I’m wanting to remove all links on users profile page. At the moment, if you click on a certain field it’ll take you to a members page with a list of people who have matching information for that field. E.g. Age: 24 – click on the 24 and it’ll show you all members aged 24.
I wanna remove those links completely!!
Except for one. That being the phone number field.
I’d like for members to be able to click on another members phone number, and when using a mobile decide, it’ll start phoning the number!
Is that possible??
