Hello, Is there any way we can remove forum, group & topic from the url?

Example: http://www.jamhuriat.pk/groups/pakistan-politics/forum/topic/khwaja-saad-rafique-likely-to-join-pti/

I would like this above url to be something like this:
http://www.jamhuriat.pk/pakistan-politics/khwaja-saad-rafique-likely-to-join-pti/
OR
http://www.jamhuriat.pk/pakistan-politics/forum/khwaja-saad-rafique-likely-to-join-pti/

For WP there are plugins like remove Category slug and remove tag slug so I was wondering if there is any way to remove group-topic & forum slug from buddypress?
