Remove ”/members” slug so its “.com/membername”

Is there a way to omit the “members” slug from buddypress so users get a custom URL?
Something like http://www.mysite.com/billgates instead of http://www.mysite.com/members/billgates.

If this has been answered before, please point me to the discussion thread. Thanks.

Put this in your wp-config.php:

define ( 'BP_ENABLE_ROOT_PROFILES', true );
