Remove search link from member’s profile name

In the profile loop of a member’s profile all items are linked to a search on the members directory like this: …/members/?s=nicename
That doesn’t make much sense for me on the member’s name as there usually are no members with the same name.
Can I take this link out of the bp_the_profile_field_value() ?
