Remove some tabs

Hi,

I have waaay to many tabs in my Buddypress. Most of them are double and I need to find a way to clean in up. First step is to get the crap away I don’t need.

Any suggestions how to modify my child theme, to make them go away ?

The crappy stuff is not bp related it is kleo theme related you need to ask them
