Remove TAB in Buddypress for newly created pages

I’m using the “Another wordpress classifieds plugin” and it creates a TAB in buddypress to access the classifieds. Is there anyway to tell wordpress/buddypress that for some newly created pages do not create a TAB?

You’ll need to modify wp_list_pages() in your theme’s header.php to exclude the page ID of the classifieds.

If you don’t like messing around with theme files, you could probably try this plugin:
