Remove the “All Members” activity stream and Move the BuddyBar

Hi,

I have a couple of questions about buddypress. I’m using wordpress 3.3.2 and Buddypress 1.5.5. I’m also using the Fusion theme from mysitemyway.com. Here are my questions:

1) How do I remove the “All Members” activity stream?

2) How do I move the “My Accounts” plus sub nav and “Notifications” and place them on the main navigation menu?
