Remove wp-login

If a user enters an incorrect username and password they are redirected to the default wp-login screen.

I don’t want to show this screen to any users of the site so my question is, can I keep them on the site and have an error message appear above or below the login form?

Many thanks for any help anyone can give.

Use Branded Login from buddydev.com – it gives you the possibility to style your login and output it through a page.
