Removeing ‘All Members’ and Creating new Activity Tab Merging Friends, Following, Mentions and Group

Hi everyone,
My query is:
How can I remove the ‘All Members’ Tab in Activity (as well as deleting this entire function/capability).
Instead, I seek to create a custom activity tab that merges/combines all activity of the user’s friend, following activity, groups (that the user is a member of) and mentions (of that same user).
