Requesting a Plugin

Hi
I really need a plug-in for a website project I’m working on. Is their any formal system in the BuddyPress community for me to hire a developer to write the plug in for me.
I need a modified version of BuddyPress Group Documents plug-in that provides this same functionality for individual user profiles.

At the moment, there isn’t a very efficient “Hire a developer” system around here.
That being said, I’ve been toying with the idea of making a version of my Group Docs plugin that does just what you suggest. Monetary compensation could make that happen a lot faster
