[resolved] Clear ”site notices”?

My php guy was goofing around on my BuddyPress site with his super-admin privileges. Not knowing how BuddyPress works, he though checking the “This is a notice to all users” box on a message would be a status update. Obviously, it wasn’t, and now its on all my pages as a notice to all users.
I can’t figure out how to delete/clear it. Am I missing something obvious? Do I need to go into the DB? If so, does anybody know which table(s)?

Reset his account password, log in with his account, go to private messages, and find/delete the one in question. It’s safer than fiddling in the database
