[Resolved] Custom Header image and featured post image

Custom Header image does not showing on the posts with featured image, link: http://www.nesikeik.eu/pristatome-nauja-klajoklis-lt-svetaine-susipazinkime/

And on the posts whit no featured image the Custom Header image is showing, link: http://www.nesikeik.eu/klajoklis-lt-saskrydis-na-plavu-baltoji-ancia-2003-m/

How to resolve this? How to show Custom Header image on all posts?
