[Resolved] Forum issue: ”you cannot add a new topic at this time”

    I’m having this problem reported to me by a member. For all I know it might be happening more as the site is new and membership small as yet.
    I’ve made sure that she is logged in, as KI thought that might be the cause of the problem, but no luck.
    As admin, i can add to[pics and post on the forums. But I need to make it easy for everyone else to do so. Any suggestions?

    Resolved by me going to look at various check boxes and checking the one which said that global users can create topics. Who’d a thunkit? :-)
