[RESOLVED]Customized Frontpage not showing up. This is the last thing my site needs to go public.

EDIT: Through trial and error I gave “Members” the ability to “edit options” via the User Role Editor plugin and it seems to be working. Try that if you are stuck!
I have over 100 users helping test my site and I have 1 main problem. Group admins can easily customize their Frontpage using the Custom Frontpage and Front Page CSS plugins. The pages look great to the group admin, however anyone else can not see the customized page. The customizations work as they should, they just are not visible.
I have everyone set to member, should I elevate them? I want each group to have their own page to customize. The private groups I want frontpage (group frontpage that is) visible only of course.
The site is http://DayZClans.com please have a look and poke around. If I can get this one issue fixed I can start promoting the site, there is a huge demand for it right now.
