Restrict Access except to Groups or Forums?

Hi there,
I’m doing some outside the box developments into BuddyPress and could use some input / direction.
I don’t want just anyone to view the rest of BuddyPress (Profiles, Activity, Members, etc).
We’d like to restrict users from viewing this information as we have a separate plugin for this.
The management of individual users/details/members/ etc., will be listed in another manner.
So what I need to do, to avoid duplicating content, is to remove access to all these pages.
Is it possible to restrict all pages except for “Groups” and “Forums” from BuddyPress users?
