On my site, I need to allow people to register for the site like normal through BP, but only after an admin “changes” their permission, can their profile become publicly viewable. So let’s say “REGULAR” vs “LIVE”.
So a REGULAR user’s profile won’t be visible but a LIVE user’s profile will.
A REGULAR user can follow any user’s activity, but that’s about it. They don’t have a photo album, ability to be a part of groups, forums, etc. They are just there to register, use the front-end to edit their basic profile activites like contact info and passwords.
I have other things I need to do, but before I start down the path of writing a bunch of code, hoping someone can point me in the right direction.
