S2 Member – Free membership but charge to create groups

Hi all

I have a free membership site but I want to charge users to be able to create groups and also separately to submit to a business directory on the site. Both will be charged separate pricing.

Can anyone explain how I would accomplish this please with s2member or is it possible?
