search doesn’t work while on profile page

I’ve gotten the search working on every page except the profile page. For some reason searches done on the profile page just refresh whatever section the profile is on, rather than run a search. I’m clueless as to how to fix this.
Here’s the code for the search form (which is in my header.php). Where it says ” ; is an actual quote, it is just posting weird on these forums.:
