for me it is the same. Searching just returns posts from wordpress but nothing from BP.
Is there a setting for BP that enables search through posts and comments from BP?
Maybe I am asking the question the wrong way since I have not received an answer. A search on our BP site does not return any results. If I do a search for “progress reports” search returns “No posts found. Try a different search?” when I know one of the three forums we have is called Progress Reports. Please help!!
I installed a plugin for debugging and enabled the parameter for logging the SQL queries.
As far as I understand, the table wp_bb_posts, where the searched phrase is in the column post_text, is never been queried.
So what went wrong during installation or somewhere else?
