BuddyPress.org

I have a multisite. A couple of the sites on there I want to use Buddypress with, but they’re for different communities, and so require different profile specifics.

I found this code for creating segregated profiles on multisite:

But it seems that it needs to be put in before the multisites are created. Is that true?
Is this code up to date?

Is there a way for me to add this code without re-creating the sites?
