Select Member type when creating new users in backend

It will be really nice if when an admin create a new a user by backend (/wp-admin/user-new.php) he can can select the BuddyPress user type in the create user screen.
Right now you have to create the user and then edit it to select the user type.
There’s some plugin, hook that can activate this?
