Setting 3rd Avatar Size

I have customized the full and thumb avatar sizes in my bp-custom.php file, but I was wondering if I could define a third avatar size.
I have run Page Speed on my site and I am getting a flag for scaled images. I currently need avatar sizes of 60px, 45px and 25px. I have set my full to 65px and my thumb to 25px and was wondering if I could define another size for the 45px?
