Setting up Facebook Pages-like feature on BuddyPress

Hello. I’m new to buddypress and have seen some threads on setting up Facebook-like Pages (for organizations or companies) on BuddyPress but they have not been conclusive.
Can someone advise me on whether/how this functionality can be set up? I would like members to sign up, create their profiles, and then create a separate organizational profile (like on FB or Linkedin) that they can administer and use to tag topics, members, and more.
