When I try to access “Settings” page in my member theme I get “permission denied” error even though I am logged in and authorized. (e.g /member/admin/settings)

I know it is somehow related to the theme/directory permission issue as I change the member theme to any other, it just works fine. I played with css folder and settings.php permissions but it didnt help.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be ?

I am using bp 1.0.3 on WordPress 2.8.1 with modified (only css) Shouty Member theme. Thanks a lot.
