Settings tab missing in buddypress menu

    The Settings tab is missing in Admin>Settings>Buddypress
    settings tab missing

    I have tried changing to twenty fifteen theme to no avail.

    The Settings tab was renamed to Options.

    Click on the Options tab and you should be good to go.
