share contents with thumbnails and text

Hello,

Is there a way to share the contents with the thumbnails and small text like how we share one the social media sites?

now when i share a link in the post updates it only shows the link nothing else.

please let me know

Most social sites require you to place tags in the <head> of a web page to share specific content.

on facebook they are open graph tags https://developers.facebook.com/docs/opengraph/
