short of menu options in wp-admin

    I have just installed a buddypress install and logged in.

    I appear to be missing key menu options.

    I am missing the option “buddypress”, “site admin” and “plugins”, what have I done wrong?

    resolved – when I created the database I used a name other than Admin.

    I removed the install, re-ran the simple script with an Admin login and it worked

    Uh oh, simplescripts. If you get any more problems, delete everything and install it manually.
