Sign up and overall bp compatability trouble

Helllo well ive been trying to get buddypress to work with my theme for awhile now and everytime i fix one thing something else comes up. So basically im really new to the whole php thing and dont really understand how to get bp working properly on my website. At the moment everything is almost working some of the pages are misaligned and the top nav (my account, notifications ,visit) is missing but otherwise the pages exist except for saying page not found in the title of the tab. Anyways

the plugins i have installed are :
Bp albums plus
bp template pack
buddypress (current version)problems:
Slight misalignment of links for bp pages
top nav missing
registration page not working (i fill out all the field and say complete sign up but it just refreshes the page also sometimes ill click the fields and itll take me to my home page)
forums not showing upI seriously need help i would really like to launch my site, and i want to have buddypress as one of the functions when i do. thank you for your time
