Site Wide Sitemap XML

I have the Google XML Sitemap plugin but it only creates a sitemap of the blogs that are created with MU. Is there a plugin or a way to get all the BuddyPress feeds from groups, forums and wires into the sitemap without using an external 3rd party service?

There’s no such plugin for buddypress at moment.
Cross your fingers for someone else to develop one.
