Sitewide comments only showing main blog

I recently installed buddypress and everyworks fine but Comments widget. It doesn’t give any error but it just shows the comments on the main blog, not the sitewide comments as the blogs widget does.

The wpmu installation is based in directories, not in subdomains. But it doesn’t affect when showing last posts, so I guess it shouldn’t have any problem with the comment system.

I’ve been searching around but I can’t see anyone having the same problem. Any ideas?

hmm.. I’m searching for the same thing. I guess there is no widget called sitewide comments. Recent comments only shows comments from the plugin activated blog not all blogs.

Am i mistaken?

Here’s a plugin, a little tricky and without a widget, but it works.

Xevo, could you be more detail? what file and which line needs to be modified? I guess you are referring to existing recent comments code but i’m not sure of the file. thanks for your help.
