Sitewide Posts with Avatat/Gravatar

    My BP Home Page will show recent posts across the MU network along with there Avatar.

    I got recent Posts to show, but I cant figure out a way to also show there Avatar and link to the Authors BP Profile.

    I found a site doing this. http://sportsblognet.com/

    The first column to left. Can anyone tell me how there doing this.
