social network for company using buddypress

I am developing a social network for a company using buddypress, I have created a 5 users in a page templates using custom html design like users employee, supplier, manufacturer, add added to pages and created users by same names but they are not showing members in website. can you help me on this also I need a custom profile page having tabs that should appear when user register then filling all the fields in profile.which plugin can I use for this any custom plugin
