Solved Child theme css issue

Hi, can someone please help me out on css issue, am building a child theme which is currently coming out nicely, i try to do some customization by making the user nav clear left and move the body content up to fit the space, it works but there is problem while viewing your friends user nav. I.e activities, profile etc on my friends, the content moved up than it does on my own page, is there a way to style those content on my friends separately. Can someone please help
any help will be appreciated.
