Spyker theme userbar corruption

I am trying to using spyker theme on on my wordpress blog, http://thenateums.com

It is having some issue with theme and I think some buddypress file.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bp_get_nav() in/home/nateums/public_html/wp-content/themes/Spyker/inc/userbar.php on line 3

I think it might be the new version of buddypress but im not sure… any hints/tips?

as the author of that theme to update its template files, as like the error say, the userbar file is not using the right functions.
