status update not updating

Hi,

We seem to have an issue where the status update on a user’s profile page is not being updated. Please see screenshot here : https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B08tCnnhDeKgMmJHVFlMLXdhb0E/edit?usp=sharing

The activity stream updates fine as are all other updated. Except the boxed status line in the screenshot seems frozen in time.

Anyone have a clue as to where I’d begin to fix this ?

That’s a custom theme, please check if issue exists with BP Default theme i.e is a BP issue if it works correctly with default BP setup then you must take issue to the theme author, if issue persists with BP default theme / no unnecessary plugins running report back here.
