"Status Updates" instead of "Recently Active"

I found this early mockup of Buddypress and really like the way “My Friends” are displayed by default.

It shows the “Status Update” beside the avatar. This is far more interesting than “Recently Actibe”. Are there any plans to get that filter back into the buddypress default theme?

I would like to have this “Status-Update of my friends” at “My Profile / My Friends” – how to achieve it ???

Actually I would like to have both: “Status-Updates” and “Recent-Activity” in 2 different sections as per your screenshot……

Can you put this into a TRAC-ticket for BP-enhancement ?
