Stop ALL notifications when importing

    Dear all,

    maybe this should be question for core WordPress, so I apologise in advance 😉

    I’m importing 100s of users from different non WordPress website to new WP with BuddyPress 🙂

    The old database has User/Comments/Mentions… all of this is going to be transferred…

    So, is there any way I can stop all email notifications (when user is created etc) and all BuddyPress notifications when I transfer the comments with existing @ mentions?
