Strange blank pop-up appears when using buddypress

When navigating the buddypress features i.e. groups, friend requests, etc, I get this random popup. When I click ok it instantly reappears. This can happen up to 5 times before it goes away. See image here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7pkwspdr93pmxmf/Screen%20Shot%202014-07-03%20at%2017.54.13.png
Any ideas what the problem is?
I am using the latest wordpress and buddypress.
