strange hash code on urls

I have this strange looking hash tag which appears at the end of all the URLS
http://www.fishspot.co.uk/activity/#.T7dyP1LhePUI have tried deactivating the plugins but, nothing is helping.
Anyone have any idea what could be causing this please?
