stuck for 6 months with massive avatars loading plz help. reinstall didnt work.

i would really prreciate some help. i’ve tried everything; CSS fixes, adding code to bp-custom.php to change the size, updating, unistalling and reinstalling among other fixes, but i just cant stop Gigantic avatars loading and taking up over my page!

if anyone can help i would be just as Gigantically grateful!!
