Style messed up on IE7

Hmmmm…. this is major problem i see it has to be solve. there are problems for IE7
1. On home page each menu header is not in sync with below matter either it is who’s online list, new post on left side, or either in center.
2. On profile header Buddypress logo is fighting with first drop down menu.
I hope guys will sort it out.
Hey i am interested if i get chance to work on buddypress. Give me chance atleast.
