Success on private forums!

    After a lot of wrestling around I finally got group forums and privacy running nicely together (so far):

    1. Follow the instructions in the BP-Forums readme to integrate BP/BB. Skip the step about Cookie Integration (thanks Trent).

    2. Install “BBPress Force-Login” (thanks Trent..again).

    3. Install More-Privacy-Options.
