Suggesting friends to users

Does anyone know a way I can suggest friends to users, possibly based on a survey/poll ? Or any other way I’m not considering.

based on a surveypoll, thats not a plugin that I have seen yet.

There is a plugin that can invite users to become friends https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/invite-anyone/
