Synchronizing content and users data from WP to Buddypress and vice versa.

Hello guys,
I got multiple different WordPress blogs and Buddypress blogs and would like to share content and users data from WP-blogs with BP-blogs, so users don’t need to create lots of different accounts, passwords etc.
Is there a plugin that synchronizes content and users data from a WordPress blog with a Buddypress blog and vice versa? The WP-blog is the master and the BP-blog the slave.
