Have a Buddypress MU Blog system up and running but developed a problem with the “send mail” in general settings for site activities.

The e-mail could not be sent.

Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function…

All other mail function on my server works fine.

This is a WPMU feature and as such I’d suggest you research and/or post on the WPMU forums.
